    There's a 'rumor' going in Bahria Town that a Chinese team visited BT yesterday and marked plots/land that'll come in the way of the Southern Loop of LRR. If the reports are to be believed, then LRR would be right in the middle of BT perpendicular to the existing Sector C Main Boulevard, between the Grand Mosque and the proposed Theme Park/Bilawal Ho

    Please comment how true this information is?

    Asalam u Alaikum!
    I am planning to start house in Bahria Town Sector C on 10M plot I own. please guide me a reasonable priced architect and also how much it will cost me initially in design/map approval?
    Also how much would it cost to build a 2 storey house?

    I have only 3.5 to 4 million hard earn money so kindly advise me better option do construction there are sale the 10 mirla plot and purchase 5 mirla house in other socity

      Salaam dear Zahid Mustafa Sahib,
      You have very limited option to get the services of some private architect as Bahria Town design Wing charges Rs.181,500/= for design and approval is made from Bahria Design Wing. In case you get the design of your 10 Marla house from some private architect then you need to pay Rs.163,350/=
      You can only save Rs.18,000/= even if you get the design without paying any fees. Meaning you need not think on this option.
      Your budget for double storey 10 Marla home construction is not sufficient. You need at least Rs.60 Lac for a normally good construction.
