Dear Suleman, It is difficult to say anything at this stage. One thing is clear that it would take toooo much time if we see track record of LDA and its projects.
Dear Shahid, I can not say anything about its development. It will take AT LEAST three years to develop after the balloting is done. As there is no sign of balloting yet so there is no chance till 2018. I recommend investing in it if 1. You have limited budget as there is no possibility to find any proper project in this range 2. If you can afford to wait for two years or so 3. You are entering in it for investment purpose only 4. You should get out of it as soon as sufficient profit is offered 5. You are ready to see ups and downs in it
