I am visiting Lahore around April 23, 2010 only for 7 days. I am interested to purchase (From a Local contractor not from Bahria) either a 5marla house in sector B or a 5 to 8 Marla Safari villa. My questions are followings,

1. What is the Bahria transfer fee for a 5 Marla house (price approximately 32 Lakh)?

2. What is the Bahria transfer fee for a 5 Marla villa (price approximately 25 Lakh)?

3. What is the Bahria transfer fee for a 8 Marla villa (price approximately 41 Lakh)?

4. This transfer process takes how many days?

5. Any update about Sui Gas in Ali and Usman blocks?

When coming to buy a villa in Bahria Town, I would like to request you not to disclose to dealer a or seller that you have only one week to make the decision. It is not an enough time if you have not already done your practical home work in this regard. But you can manage time if you start working on the matter right from very first day.

Villas in Sector B are expensive than Safari Villas so if you have made your budget as per given price then Safari Villas are the best option in this price range.

Q1. What is the Bahria transfer fee for a 5 Marla house (price approximately 32 Lakh)?

Ans: It is Rs.70,000/=

Q2. What is the Bahria transfer fee for a 5 Marla villa (price approximately 25 Lakh)?

Ans: Rs.50,000/=

Q3. What is the Bahria transfer fee for a 8 Marla villa (price approximately 41 Lakh)?

Ans: Rs.80,000/=

Q4. This transfer process takes how many days?

Ans: Transfer process takes only two working days and can be finalized even in one day if the matter is managed properly.

It is worth mentioning that Safari Villas transfer fees has no relation to its price.

Q5. Any update about Sui Gas in Ali and Usman blocks?

Ans: Gas is available in Ali Block and Usman block but getting gas connection in these blocks is bit difficult. One can get the connection by spending extra about Rs.30,000/=
