Due to security problems in the country, Govt. has issued an ordinance for transferring process of cars and other vehicles from one person to another. There will be a requirement that both the seller and buyer must be present in the registration office for finalization of this process.
Moreover a policy for heavy fine and challans is announced for incomplete documents. Open letters will NOT be acceptable anymore after March 16, 2008.
This rule will be applicable from March 17, 2009.
