New rates and procedure to transfer DHA Lahore property (CMY)


Please note after arrival of new transfer department head there are some changes in transfer process. Before a transfer was completed in one day. But now it could take min 2 and perhaps 3 days.

A seller must have applied a NDC form 3 days before transfer day. A seller must apply and get ready site plan 10 days before transfer. All remaining dues must be paid one day before transfer day.

Buyer must pay transfer fee one day before actual transfer day. Buyer also must pay CVT and Stamp duty before he gets any receipt from DHA for transfer completion.

Please also note DC rates have been increased for Defence Housing Authority Phases 5, 6, 7 and Parkview and decreased for DHA 8. I think they are unchanged for DHA 9. Its very confusing at this point as notification from Punjab Govt is not available yet for Parkview and DHA 9.

These are new rates for transfer of DHA Lahore plots.

DHA Phase 5 and 5 extension

Transfer fee for 5ext = 61950
Memebership fee each file = 22830
Stamp paper vender fee = 1200
Stamp duty tax = 50000
CVT Tax = 50000
