The fate of unpaid files of Golf View Residencia, Bahria Town Lahore

as you are having a good knowledge in Property and Especially in Bahria Town Lahore ... want to ask a quedtion please..

I have 1 Kanal file in Golf View Residencia and just paid Down Payment...no installment is paid till noe...Bahria also not demanding the installments....

If installments are not paid...can Bahria come and say without any notice that your file is completely cancelled.....and if file is cancelled then is it possible to activate it again by paying the prescribed fee?
Experts in Bahria town property please comment...

Please go through all these to know what CAN happen if installments are not paid. I don't have access to the Terms and Conditions applied for Bahria Golf View Residencia so discussing the matter in general. Bahria Town management has cancelled hundreds of files / memberships without informing to members individually. BT usually pays back a posted dated cheque (around 6 months wait) after deduction of membership fee and 20 % cancellation charges. I could not understand your point "Bahria also not demanding the installments....". Brother Bahria Town is not supposed to demand the installments as it is member's responsibility to pay the installment in time. It totally depends upon the situation of project (whether Bahria Town has land with it or it wants to decrease the memberships) but many a time Bahria Town invited restoration of membership after paying a fees. Arshad replied on Friday, June 5, 2015 03:38 PM PST Normally and legally every society is bound to send three legal notices for every plot cancellation which is on installment but the practice is that they do fraud and they produce fake legal notices in the court and they can do it easily, so nothing in our hands bcoz big frauds like Bahria Town have their own lawyers

We need to look inward first. It is pathetic to always blame the other party for one's own shortcomings. I am not saying the other party is not culpable as you say.
