NRP replied on Friday, June 19, 2015 11:01 PM PST Experts! Please advise the impact of LRR interchange on the prices of Nargis Block plots as the only interchange of Bahria Town will be behind Nargis Block. Thanks |
E.A replied on Friday, June 19, 2015 11:21 PM PST Dear Sajid This project is not yet finialized/finished... Bahria Town may find a good solution for that.....just think about the on ground houses and commercial plazas which are coming umder LRR...i still doubt that LRR will from this route....BT may offer funds to rocate the same... lets hope for the best and wait.. |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Friday, June 19, 2015 11:22 PM PST It is hopeful that it will become the most expensive block of bahria town, if they cover the nala. |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Friday, June 19, 2015 11:31 PM PST E.A sahib it seems unlikely because if they were to change the route, they would have to do it from Gajumatha. From Adda plot Raiwind road they would have to give an almost 90 degree angle to the LRR, which seems impossible. from Gajumatha the cost and distance would be doubled if they were to try to avoid bt, I don't think the cash strapped Malik Riaz would support that, he has given cheuqus worth 30 billion to the army for past unfinished projects and one cheque of 8 billion has already bounced :) this is dealer gossip and trying to keep their investors calm to whom they have sold plots to keeping high margins. |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Friday, June 19, 2015 11:34 PM PST the cost Malik Riaz would have to pay for the relocation of LRR would be very very huge he can simply give good location plots to the effected people of LRR, that wouldn't even cost him 10% of what he would have o spend for LRR relocation. |
overthesea replied on Friday, June 19, 2015 11:49 PM PST Hafiz sb, it seems then whole project will be flopped then Malik riaz how he will compensate the all or only compensation for those whose land will be actually utilized for LRR. As premiums paid considering the complete project not for the half.Half project have no worth. |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:09 AM PST Sector D,E,F are unapproved from any authority even till now. it is all fault of malik riaz not fault of poor people who spent there hard earned money investing and trusting him. please take the example of Dha 6 and Dha 8 area many houses and shops were leveled in 2012 for north loop construction. even when Dha 8 wasn't built, punjab govt did not consider rerouting to avoid Dha 8 instead they proceeded to cut through it. |
NRP replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:10 AM PST If I am not wrong it is Govt's responsibility to compensate the affectees of LRR for acquiring the land and not of Malik Riaz, however there are chances of mutual coordination between Govt and Bahria where Bahria will be compensating the affectees on behalf of Govt. Lets hope for the best in the interest of all. |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:10 AM PST overthesea bhai according to my info he will only compensate thoes whos plots will be effected, it is clear that the blame lies with malik riaz as this map of LRR was made in 2007 and sector E was launched in 2012 and Golf in 2013. |
NRP replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:21 AM PST Hafiz Sb, you mean to say that these sectors D,E& F were no approved by any authority due to the fact of LRR route which was designed in 2007? However, the Land in these sectors is in the name of Bahria or still not cleared ir in litigation? Please shed some light if you have any information. As There are rumors that Jasmine Block land is still under litigation and some part of Sector C Commercial. Is it true? |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:24 AM PST NRP sahib the land is on MR name registry is on his name. Punjab govt will pay him he will pay the people. govt offered an effectiee of 8 marla comm on mb sector E 10 lacs for his plot which he bought for 6 caror. |
NRP replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:29 AM PST In this case This is all fault of MR and he has to bear the loss. Please advise if you have any info if Bahria is acquiring the land for Sector F file holders or this project is still in the air for those whose plots are not developed yet like Alamgir Block, Sheikh Saadi or those who only have files of Sector F and have paid all installments. thanks |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:30 AM PST NRP bhai you are completely correct about Jasmin and sector C comm. people who own the land in these two places are asking 1 billion rupees per 2 kanal from bt management. it takes years to get a sector approved espacially a comm area. sector C comm area was approved 5 years after its launch. back in 2011 people were hungry for bt plots who were being sold for multiply prices gold rush. Bahria Town did not care about approval they sold one sector every 6 months. that is why punjab govt dont care for sector E,F they are illegal in there eyes. |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:38 AM PST bt has opened merging of all unfinished projects into all on ground projects. anything unfinished is being wraped up. bt has winded up its lahore business and shifted attention to karachi. any amout weather full paid of down payment is being adjusted in on ground plots. |
NRP replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:38 AM PST It is really strange that how MR built commercial on Qabza Land and now the owners of these Plazas are facing the consequences. Terrible. Please share if you know anything if Bahria is acquiring land fir Sector-F. Thanks |
NRP replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:40 AM PST But still there are 4000+ files which needs ballot. How many will be merged? Still a lot need to be done by Bahria. |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:44 AM PST Bahria Town not buying land they are dinosaurs they have huge bellys, they already merged total of 6000 files of civic comm, greens, and 10 marla sector F whats another 4000 files, phase 9 pindi files they merged over 20,000 :) |
overthesea replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:46 AM PST Hafiz sb your feedback seems more realistic as bahria is merging only commercial as per the notice not the residential files of golf view. So based on this discussion those people will be adjusted with on ground plots some where else. In that case will there be any future of remaining residential plots in GVR whats your opinion? |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:47 AM PST dont know if uv heard they are merging golf commercial also. Sector F Comm and residential plots also which not on ground |
NRP replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:49 AM PST Do you think BT will develop Sheikh Saadi and Alamgir blocks as I have few plots in these blocks and confuse whether to exit ir hold as there are rumors that they dont have land for these announced blocks. |
NRP replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:52 AM PST Possibility of Golf View commercial could be due to the reason that this space will be taken by LRR as per the pic shared by Hafiz Sb and most probably remaining area of Golf view remains the same. |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:53 AM PST @overthesea GVR will be built in orchard raiwind road. NRP brother i am only telling what I know according to my info nothing else will be developed including saadi and alamgeer. but u should go to bt office and break heads of khurum rajput and saad for honest answers. |
overthesea replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:53 AM PST Yes i saw merger notice for sector F, Greens and GVR (commercial) which was shared by Hussain Kaisrani sb few days back on this forum. On Google earth construction work can be seen till Ghaznavi, plz have a look. |
dubai replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:54 AM PST im also interested in the fate of alamgir block as i unfortunately hold a plot there |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:55 AM PST GVR in orchard will have more land and better dimentioned map and possibly doubled plots then current golf. |
NRP replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:56 AM PST Thank You Hafiz Sb. Much appreciated your shared info. Regards |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:57 AM PST ur welcome. Ghaznavi on ground not under threat, good future. |
dubai replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 01:00 AM PST @ hafiz sb... what do yu see the future of alamgir block? it would also be adjusted in orchard? |
NRP replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 01:00 AM PST May be BT management is planning to adjust Sector F file holders in orchard. Lets see. Hafiz sb, as these sectors D E F are not approved yet? So is there any threat or not although on ground and land in the name of MR. |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 01:08 AM PST @dubai any and all projects being merged are being done in bt mohnalwal project canal road project not in orchard, any pople left at the end will full paid files might be given plots in tipu 10 marla and kanal. @ NRP their is no issue of Sectors d,e,f, only the issue of LRR passage. bt still is safe. given time of a few years all sectors will get approved. |
dubai replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 01:11 AM PST i think bahria town empire will fall on its own weight due these frauds. MR cannot sell even a single new plot in lahore and ultimately these frauds will also affect karachi project and it will fail also as its an IT age and yu cannot lure karachi investors into fraud as they will be well aware of maliks frauds in lahore and Rawalpindi |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 01:15 AM PST MR is the most dishonest, Honest biznesman i have seen, he might con people with tricks and plays on peoples greed but he keeps his on ground and developed projects clean and safe from littigation, bt management has already offered the claimers of sector C comm and jasmin land 20 caror per 2 kanal which is a very big price and shows bt's commitment. they will first cut your throut and then drive you to the hospital for treatment :) |
dubai replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 01:28 AM PST Lol...very nice analysis..one more question..i hold a corner facing park plot in alamgir block.. when theg offer adjustments, they take care of these tbings? Like do they offer similiar specs plot or rellu katte ki tarah kahin bhi phaink dete hain? :) |
HHH replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 01:35 AM PST @Hafiz Sajad Whats the latest for Green Valley file holders? Will they get plots in other projects or is there land for it at the back of Haeir factory? |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 01:51 AM PST they will give the same spec plots, only files they will throw anywhere. Green valley project is totally finished, will be adjusted and consumed. All of you must understand that Greens, civic comm, Sector F 50%, Golf 70% were their last frauds in a very hot market, they threw thoes to earn an estimated 24 billion rupees which other wise they would have earned in 10 years later if they delivered projects, they struck when the iron was hot. now they are buying land at 2 lac per acar in karachi and selling at 10 caror they will never come to a place where land owners are asking for 2 caror for acar lahore. |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 01:56 AM PST overthesea bhai according to my info he will only compensate those whose plots will be effected, it is clear that the blame lies with malik riaz as this map of LRR was made in 2007 and sector E was launched in 2012 and Golf in 2013. He knowingly did this Zulm because he thought Zardari was president and LRR would be moved with out any cost to him but punjab govt was smart they delayed the project and lucky for them the federal govt changed. You must remember LRR is not intruding bt but bahria town is blocking LRR. |
Arshad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 01:58 AM PST Any news about sector F file holders in these days ? |
KSA replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 02:03 AM PST Hafiz Sb; From where you got this GVR map on which blue lines are drawn. These blue lines are official??? It seems to be this is fake. Whats the justification of map?? If you have then please share otherwise not playing with people in the month of Ramadan |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 02:03 AM PST Malik Riaz knowingly did this because he thought ppp was gona stay and LRR would be moved with out any cost to him but punjab govt was smart they delayed the project and lucky for them the govt changed. You must remember LRR is not intruding bt but bt is blocking LRR. |
HHH replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 02:08 AM PST @Hafiz Sajad Sahib What do you mean when you say they will throw files anywhere? Can you please elaborate? Will they give money as compensation or files at alternative locations/projects? Will they compensate only full paid files of Green Valley or partial paid as well? Is it a good idea to merge files now or should we leave it as it is? Please answer as it is very important for many people. Thanks for your contribution here. |
BT Holder replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 02:10 AM PST I visited Bahria office in Alfalah building Lahore yesterday. I met with the town planning incharge. According to him Malik Riaz is taking up the issue personally with the government regarding LRR route. According to currentmap it will cross through Bahria Golf view residencia and populated areas of Bahria town. He said that they have to make Golf view residencia project successful at all cost. I personally believe that an alternative route is very likely because otherwise Bahria town Lahore project would be seriously damaged not only in terms of its reputation but also in terms of financial loss. |
forots replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 02:23 AM PST Some of my friend got the contact details of Bahria GM and they wrote to them on the same subject as being outside Pak this is the best they can do but no response from even top management is coming. Verbal tasaliyaan available a lot from Bahria team but real commitment is missing. |
Khan replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 03:29 AM PST Hafiz is spam!! |
NRP replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 05:21 AM PST @ Khan! What made you think that Hafiz is spam. If you have any contradictory info or if some of his news are wrong then provide us the correct info. This practice of merely labelling somebody is not good. Regards. |
KSA replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 06:09 AM PST I think we should raised this issue to our media that bahria sold files without lands in GVR lahore in order to put pressure on BT |
Yahya replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 10:28 AM PST There are chances that Bahria will compensate effectees in bahria Orchard...Just check the prices are being increased in bahria orchard daily..to attract and j ustify the effectees... |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 11:02 AM PST its not spam i tried to post but couldent so i tried many times, i guess they did. |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 11:03 AM PST i have given a reply isnt posting error is commin |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 11:07 AM PST BT holder bhai alfalah plaza management is humongous liers and kutay people, they are trying not to creat a panic, they will only acknowledge it on the day construction starts other wise they would have a huge fights and uprising. |
MA Khan replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 11:09 AM PST Dear CMY bhai, your valuable comments on the above matters will be highly appreciated. Thanks |
HHH replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 11:45 AM PST @Hafiz Sajad Sb Is it a good idea to merge files of Green Valley? and pay all installments? or leave it? |
Khan replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 11:53 AM PST We shouldn't keep quiet & take the fraud of MR as will of Allah. All effected people of sector F, Golf Residencia etc etc should assert their right. We have invested our hard earned money in these projects & we have all the legal as well as moral right to protect our interest & investment. No doubt MR is a powerful man have filthy worth but we must realise that we too if united together & chalk out proper strategy would be ultimate winners. So I suggest that we should chalk out a plan to exert pressure on Bahria Town by adopting legal as well as other tactics so that our hard earned money is protected. I'm sure MR soon will be held responsible for his ulterior motives in Karachi & will be going to face the music so we must all be united & file complaint before the NAB for the redressal of our valuable right. |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:12 PM PST MR has the media bought and paid for, he just built a huge building for ary in sector E, his grand daughter killed a guy in cold blood for crashing his bike in her land cruiser and his daughter asia set fire to a serving cornals house because his son slept with her daughter 2 weeks before she was to be married, any of this come on the news. |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:18 PM PST for the love of God don't pay installments in Bahria greens valley. U ll only sink ur money deeper u must realize any project in minus or undeveloped bt doesn't cancel files due to unpaid installments. Bahria greens is both in minus and undeveloped |
E.A. replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 12:46 PM PST Dear Hafiz Sb,. can you please introduce yourself, whether you are a effectee or a dealer? secondly, i think personally that we should wait for the final words from BT management officially, till this moment nothing is clear so what should get panic.., i am an effectee but still i am in patience, as this is a key for success.., let us wait for positive news, as i am sure MR will find a good solution for this situation, otherwise he would have to wind up everything, which is unlikely Thanks |
Hussain Kaisrani replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 01:44 PM PST @ Hafiz Sajad, Thank you very much for sharing valuable information with us all. I fully agree with you and second your comments about Bahria Town project. You seem to be a clear minded person. You have in depth knowledge about Bahria town, its management and working methodology. Regards. |
MA Khan replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 02:02 PM PST @ Kaisrani Sb, What do you see the future of plot holders in Sheikh Saadi & Alamgir blocks and how long it will take? Please share your information about it as the owners of Ghaznavi, Tipu and other developed blocks are enjoying the rising prices whereas other are stuck. Thanks. |
overthesea replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 02:12 PM PST Kaisrani sb, you were supposed to share with people what actually done by hafiz sb. Sorry to say in your comments I could never figure out either u r with public or with Bahria. In your last comments to E.A you were advising obligation for on time payment of installments. However u would have told people the same shared by Hafiz |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 02:27 PM PST thank you Kaisrani sb. can admin kindly post my my previous post it was referred to admin. E.A bhai I m am an investor of bt and also Alhumdalilah enjoy the status of being very close to main dealers Athar, shahid qadri, Naeem ahmed, babar mahad, Wasi shah, and of course shahid mehmood qureshi. I have made a trumendus amout of money from bt comm i have plazas on c mb comm and only hold comms in Sector E, F ,D and golf, dont get me wrong as much as i hate tactics of bt, i have made more money here then i could have in 100 yers from Dha |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 02:35 PM PST i have encoured heavy losses in civic comm and greens, which is y i have become so ajatated with bt. u r rite we should wait and see what happens with LRR. |
overthesea replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 02:41 PM PST Can we have concluding comments on this topic. Green valley no need to pay installments in my case I paid only down payment as per advise of my dealer. Golf view balance 2 or 3 installments after final confirmation of LRR. any other input if missed then advise |
Hussain Kaisrani replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 02:44 PM PST @ MA Khan, I know that Bahria Town is facing serious problems in getting required land for its remaining Sector F. I think that they will try to reduce the memberships. For this purpose they will be using tactics like merging, delaying and creating uncertainty. Meaning investors will have to wait a lot to see their plots on ground. @ Overthesea Thanks for your comment. I am writing about Bahria Town since 2004 and readers are aware to whom with I am. Bahria Town has included terms and conditions which every member is bound to agree by signing its membership. According to these terms and conditions, every member is bound to pay the installments in time. The member has agreed upon cancellation of membership without any refund if two consecutive installments are unpaid. And I have seen people crying when their plots were cancelled due to non payment. And I receive emails from Sector F members that their files were not included in ballot due to non payment and no one is listening to them. |
E.A. replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 02:46 PM PST Dear Hafiz Sajad Bhai, thank you very much for the info, and thanks to Almighty Allah that much you have today, you are much close to these guys, most probably Naeem may can help in this regard to get the latest information on discussion of MR with the government, you are kindly requested to keep us updated on any further information you receive from any source, as a small investor of BT, I just want to say that BT was a heaven 2 years back for any investor, but they time they launched one after one projects and did not deliver ,it became worse to invest here and that's why many people get stuck with their hard earned income as well. MR must be having some discussions with the government on LRR route, I am also trying to get those information, If I get it I will publish here, if you got some....please share. Thanks |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 02:56 PM PST let me tell you one last thing. i dont mean to offend or cause heart ache to anyone but the route bt has proposed is also through Sector E, bt's route choice is only to minimize the damage to its plots. LRR will not pass all of bt by, I know this because I am a very good friend of the town planner Amjad Nawaz Bhatti. we have lunch or dinner atleast once a week in my plaza. |
HHH replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 03:10 PM PST @Hafiz Sahib Some people have stated recently at this forum that BT is acquiring land behind Haeir factory at Raiwand Road. Also, near BT sector A. Is there any truth to these rumors, as per your information? |
E.A. replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 03:17 PM PST Dear Hafiz Sb. Thanks again for sharing information, can you let us know if revised LRR plan is still passing through Golf project? Thanks |
E.A. replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 03:20 PM PST PST. I mean to say that BT proposed plan is still passing through the golf project? Thanks |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 03:26 PM PST the hire factory thing is a rumor made to keep green valley holders quite till all files are merged it has circulated the market since they decided not to make green valley, it was a joint venture between hamza shahbaz and MR but they had a falling out so bt is now trying to finish it off. the land near to Sector A is actually next to nfc 2 comm between multan road and canal road, it is already developed where a 200 ft mb was gona touch sector F and only kanal plots in that project. now even that is coming under the LRR SL3 interchange on Multan road. |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 03:35 PM PST @E.A according to bt proposed map Golf is totally clear. |
BT Comm replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 03:38 PM PST Hafiz sahib, one should hold commercial in Sector D across the mini golf or sell it ? As per dealers, this commercial will not gain much even after 2-3 years due to it's location. What is the current selling price for 5 marla comm near to mini golf commercial in sector D bt. |
MA Khan replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 03:40 PM PST Dear Kaisrani sahib & Hafiz Sahib, thanks a lot for your valuable info. @ Hafiz Sahib, as per your previous comment where BT is offering 20 Crore each to Sec-C commercial plot and plazas holders, I believe BT is still doing a great deal as if you compare it with the 1 billion Rs demand for each 2 Kanal, it is still saving of billions for Bahria. However, In my opinion, if this happens then it will have 2 effects, 1- Land owners of that area will reduce the prices to the realistic level and will make a fair deal with Bahria as they are black mailing bahria on this land due to lot of construction activity in this area. 2- Bahria Sec-C Commercial will have no effect and the confidence of investors and plaza owners will boost up. However, if owners of Sec-C Commercial accept BT offer, and BT doesnt buy this land from the owners then it will have a very bad impact on the location and Sec- C Commercial and on overall look of Bahria and consequently there could be a separation or construction of walls in this area. As you are also having plazas and commercial plots along with relations with Bahria officials, please shed some light on this issue. Regards. |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 03:44 PM PST bt made the mistake of giving the comm in the wrong place they should have made the 80ft from canal road the comm road. price is from 170-190 lacs honestly this commercial will only be for normal venders and grocery shops which is why not a bright future, still after 3 plazas been completed they have not been rented fro over a year and a half now. i cant advise either way :) |
MA Khan replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 03:49 PM PST Right Saying. Means it is not a big area which is affected and land is not in MR name? Further, please advise all other land of Jasmine is cleared or not. I mean to ask that how much land is not clear in this area specially for residential in Sec-C. Thanks. |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 03:54 PM PST MA Khan sahib the land in question is a patch of land of 4 kanal right in the center of mb Sector C right where plot no 20c comm in the park they cut, it includes Al-zafa estate on mb Sector C, its halarious to me how stupid bt was that the kabzaed |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 03:57 PM PST khan sahib dont worry any land uncleared bt will pay 2 billion if they have to, not our head ache |
MA Khan replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 03:57 PM PST Thanks for the info. Regards. |
BT Comm replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 04:07 PM PST Hafiz sb, If one sell from Comm D, then where should he invest in BT ? or do you suggest any other better options in other societies ? I am only interested in commercial property and can add another 80 to 90 lacs on top of what i will get after selling D 5 marla ... so let's say any commercial property for 250 - 270 lacs with good anticipated gain in 3-5 years. thank you |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 04:15 PM PST bro personally im waitin for LRR so i can sell some property from bt and shift it to dha, i would say wait for RR, then with a handsome amount invest somewhere else jitna girna tha utna gor chuka hai |
BT Comm replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 04:23 PM PST Thank you Hafiz Sb, I am only worried about Dha property to be sky high by the time, and we wait for LRR to be completed and to see some appreciation in BT lahore properties. Anyway, dont have any buyer as well... so we can only wait. |
IQ replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 04:26 PM PST Hafiz sb. One last question. I have 2 kanal files of sector F fully paid not ballotted. can you please tell any info about its future? |
dubai replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 04:38 PM PST @hafiz sb..what is yur advice for alamgir plot holder?? my dealer was advising me to exit at 5 lac loss or it can be worse with time...acc to him we can sell around eid as more overseas ppl come...what do yu suggest?? should hold and wait or sell and re invest in DHA??? |
FS-KSA replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 09:01 PM PST One comment in above posts suggests that a certain portion of sector C commercial of Bahria Town Lahore is also not clear, for possible dispute, litigation or for some other reason, etc. We have recently purchased a 8 Marla commercial plot on B side (in the lane 42 - 45) of the sector C of Bahria Town Lahore. Is this specific lane also not clear Please comment. Jazakallah! |
Hafiz Sajad replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 09:01 PM PST MA Khan sahib the land in question is a patch of land of 4 kanal right in the center of mb Sector C right where plot no 20c comm in the park they cut, it includes Al-zafa estate on mb Sector C, its halarious to me how stupid bt was that the kabzaed the 4 kanal and built on it with out thinking of th consiquences, the owner of the land know bt will pay any amount because if they dont then you will see a 15ft tall 4 kanal covered area on your way to the worlds 7th largest Masjid :) ull probably have to take the service road because the mb will be blocked :) |
MA Khan replied on Saturday, June 20, 2015 09:23 PM PST haha True Hafiz Sahib, That was my point but I think your last comment was not posted completely. |
